How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipment.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 21 days of credit card authorization and verification. Shipping dates will vary based on the products ordered. Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will ship the next business day. Please note: Delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
At this time, we do not accept post office box delivery.
What happens if I refuse a package?
If you reject the shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import charges incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to HONG KONG YIXIANG TRADING CO., LIMITED. This amount will be deducted from your product refund.
Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
We cannot replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

Direct mail delivery: within 7 working days after order confirmation
Shipping query
Since our shipping method is customs cleared, if you choose direct mail delivery, you only need a tracking number from the parcel sent from Hong Kong to the express home delivery.
After placing an order, you will receive an order generation confirmation email and once the order is shipped or transferred, an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can also go to the background of the member center to check the order status, and check the tracking number in the order details
If your package does not show any tracking information within two weeks after it was shipped from Hong Kong, please check the website in time. See status updates from delivery logistics companies. If there is no tracking information on the official website, please contact our customer service to track the package for you. Thank you for your understanding.
